Bull Shark Guide

Bull Shark is the chase fantasy: once you decide something dies, the city should feel smaller for them. Early Access materials place Shark among the four launch kaiju with an emphasis on relentless pressure rather than polite midrange poking.

Playstyle identity

Shark rewards decisive transforms. If you Link without a target, you will wander into layered fire. If you Link onto a wounded Beast or a trapped vehicle column, you look unstoppable. Practice ending chases before you overextend into freshly collapsed killboxes you created yourself.

Strengths and failure modes

Strength: forcing errors. Failure mode: tunnel vision. Pair Shark with teammates who call peels and mark escapes. Use destruction to cut exits, not to isolate yourself inside a debris bowl.

Openers

Identify a fleeing priority target before you transform. Collapse one exit, leave one bait lane, and arrive as the answer to their bad decision. In Convergence, save Shark spikes for phases where the encounter clusters prey.

How you unlock the fantasy mid-match

Earn Serum, then BeastLink when the window is clean. Refresh How to Get Serum and How to BeastLink if you keep transforming into focus fire.

Controls reminder

Beast inputs are their own layer. Drill them in Beast Controls before you blame the kit. Humans and vehicles still decide whether your transform is supported — see Human Controls and Vehicle Controls.

Terrain synergy

Every Beast is secretly a demolition class. Pair your kit with SuperDestruction Guide and Destruction Strategy. Cities that still look pristine usually mean your team is underusing power.

Mode tips

In Convergence, play the encounter script. In Battle Arena, assume you are the priority target the moment you Link. Escape tools and peels matter as much as highlight damage.

Sibling study

Compare against the rest of the roster via Beast Comparison, the Beast Tier List, and the Beast Compare Tool. Then return to the Beasts Hub for the full launch four.
